Rayleigh scatter

Currently only one song can be played (it starts as soon as loaded so be warned) but this is my work towards making a more functional rhythm game than my previous ones. 

It can read midi files and turn them into songs, and the end results hopefully will be able to take in players midis and music and make them playable. The focus of this week of the recreation was to get timing right, theres still some parts off, in part because of how Unity handles sound, that needs ironing out still, but its far better than previous attempts which did not account for lag in dsptime at all.
